These are individual meetings that let Top Decision-Makers and Exhibitors meet people one-on-one.
Each appointment lasts 15 minutes and a beat time of 10 minutes is planned between each appointment so that the Top Deciders have time to go quietly to the next appointment, and if they wish, to meet other exhibitors they would not necessarily have chosen in appointment.

Acceptance / refusal of meetings and lunches :
This phase lets each participant accept or refuse meetings and lunches. Requests refused by either party are discarded and not scheduled.
