In 2025, The one to one Exhibition Hotel & Restaurant Meetings is pleased to announce the launch of  HOTEL & RESTAURANT AWARDS.

The HOTEL & RESTAURANT AWARDS recognise the most beautiful spaces in hotels, as well as the architects.

An exceptional panel of judges will select the winner in each category.

These Awards also represent a unique opportunity to give you exposure to potential prospects and customers for your hotel.

THE AWARDS

By submitting an application, each hotelier and architect nominee will benefit from visibility on a database of nearly 300,000 contacts.

☆☆ The nominees in each category will benefit from a communication campaign.

☆☆☆ The winners of each category will benefit from a communication campaign, including a personalised emailing on a 300,000 contacts database and a free stand at HEAVENT MEETINGS – The European MICE and EVENTS exhibition (value €19,586 excluding VAT).

THE CATEGORIES

The HOTEL & RESTAURANT AWARDS will recognise hotels and architects in 5 categories.

2 categories will be dedicated to Hotel & Restaurant Meetings 2025 Exhibitors for their innovative solutions and their products staging.

 

« ARCHITECT OF THE YEAR » will be selected among all the Architects who have submitted their application for this edition without a specific application in this category.
« THE BEST PRODUCT OR ACTIVITY ENHANCEMENT AWARD » will be awarded by the Jury to one of the exhibitors after the visit of the Exhibition and visual appreciation of all the stands.

 

The PROVIDERS  AWARDS – “THE BEST INNOVATION AWARD” will be the subject of a deferred application and will be dedicated to exhibitors offering their solution(s) at Hotel & Restaurant Meetings.

Application conditions for the “HOTELIERS & ARCHITECTS AWARDS” only

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

An establishment may compete in as many categories as it wishes.

By submitting an application, the candidate undertakes to respect :

→ The deadline for sending the elements: completed questionnaire, photos, etc.

→ The conformity of the elements requested

If you are a finalist :

You  undertake to be present in Cannes on Thursday 20 March to present your application to the jury and to take part in the awards ceremony on the same day.

If you would like the exhibition organisation to cover all your travel costs (accommodation, transport, catering), you may join the Hotel & Restaurant Meetings ‘Hosted Buyer’ programme on 18-19-20 March 2025 in Cannes; you will meet exhibitors at pre-programmed meetings according to your choices and needs and will also have access to the  2 evening cocktails.

REGISTRATION FEES
The application fee is €350 excl. VAT (420€ incl. VAT) per file or category.

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

THE PLANNING

1/ Submit your application before the 31st of January 2025*

Online registrations are open from the 1st of October 2024 to the 31st of January 2025.
All hospitality professionals who meet the criteria for the category in which they wish to apply are eligible.

 

*Specific planning for the PROVIDERS AWARDS – THE BEST INNOVATION AWARD category : applications will open on the 1st of January 2025 for exhibitors offering their solutions at Hotel & Restaurants Meetings. Details of application will be sent by email from that date.

 

2/ Finalists selection on the 5th of February 2025

The jury will pre-select the finalists in each category.
Candidates will be informed of the results by e-mail.

 

3/ Oral Presentation on the 20th of March 2025

Candidates must defend their application in front of the jury on the 20th of March during the one to one Exhibition Hotel & Restaurant Meetings, Palais des Festivals de Cannes.
The presentations will be followed by a jury deliberation session.

 

4/ HOTEL & RESTAURANT AWARDS Ceremony

The ceremony will take place on Thursday 20 March 2025, during Hotel & Restaurant Meetings, Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes.
